Red SuperHot Taq (Hot Start) DNA Polymerase
SuperHot Taq Red DNA Polymerase is Super Hot Taq DNA
Polymerase with a chromogenic substance in the enzyme solution.
The enzyme solution is stained in red. The stain facilitates visual
control of mixing the enzyme with other components.
Super Hot Taq Red DNA Polymerase is designed for Hot Start PCR.
It can not be used for Real Time PCR.
The stain doesn´t influence the enzyme activity and other general
characteristics, but can interfere with emmision signals of
fluorophores in Real Time PCR
Recommended Reaction Buffer (x1): 16mM (NH4)2SO4, 67 mM
Tris-HCl (pH 8.8); 1,5-7mM MgCl2 0.01% Tween-20
